DECLINE .

FIRST GENERATIONS ARE THE ORIGINAL IDEAS WHICH IS TRULY CREATED
BY THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SOLVE A PROBLEM THROUGH
TECHNOLOGY OR BUSINESS OR IDEA .
EXAMPLE :
BITCOIN (FOUNDED IN 2007) THE FOUNDER SAKAMATO THE
GUY WHO FOUND THIS WANT TO CHANGE THE CURRENCY SYSTEM .
SO HE COMBINED TECHNOLOGY THAT IS BLOCK CHAIN AND REMOVED
THE MIDDLE MAN THAT IS BANK SYSTEM.
THIS IS THE FIRST IDEA WHICH CAME TO EXIST TO REPLACE THE CURRENCY
SYSTEM.

6. Second Generation
 The second generation Business which is adding a new feature or over
coming the existing problems in the First generation Business is called the
Second Generation Business .
 Example:
 Etherium it’s the Second Genration Alt coins. With smart contract
technology.
 That is it can act as a currency as well as a smart contratcts .
 Here they added the New feature and introduced to the market .
 Some of the common problems in bitcoin it take time for transaction.
 Which is also overcame in this Etherium Project . This is overcoming the
existing Problem in a business model.
 And it’s the rival for Bitcoin Till date .

7. Third Generation
 Which is mostly a follow up an same idea with out any modification or any
major changes.
 in this category most of the Company and business will fall.
 Example:
 In Altcoin exchange we can find more than 3000 coins.
 When bitcoin is founded it is the only one in altcoin in the industry. But
now almost 3000 alt coins without any added features or any major
changes.
 This is where most of the company fails . Whether it’s a start-up or well
funded company .

8. When re engineer used?
MOSTLY IN THE MATURITY LIFE CYCLE WE HAVE TO START THE BUSINESS
RE ENGINEERING .
BECAUSE FOR CHANGING THE PROCESS AND PRODUCT IT TAKES TIME.SO
THE MORE EFFECTIVE WILL BE BEFORE REACHING THE MATURITY IT HAS TO
BE RE ENGINEERED .
IF IT IS DONE AFTER THE DECLINE. IT WILL COST MORE AND TIME
CONSUMING.
IT CAN BE USED FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS LIKE SERVICES, PRODUCT
BASED COMPANY’S, EVEN FOR A SMALL RETAILER SHOP.

ENGINEER THE BUSINESS .
