- The value of a Salesforce CRM is directly proportional to the accurate comprehensive data it has access to. But up to 40% of the critical information users need in Salesforce is unavailable. It's locked up in the ERP. During and after implementations, companies must prioritize which data can be accessed because of the time and expense needed for integration.
- This is reality for many of your users out there. And it ties back to the 40% deficit in the previous slide. You have users access Salesforce for one thing, SAP for another, and maybe even a Fiori app or two for something else. For a sales rep, this makes their job unnecessarily hard.
