• If you have $1,000, that means that they give you

• But $1,000 is now worth $970!
• So $15 doesn’t really help all that much, but its
better than nothing

“share”
• 1 share of GE is worth $6.76
• 1 share of Disney is worth $118
• 1 share of Netflix is $425
• 1 share of Tesla is $890
• 1 share of Amazon is $2,471

ESTATE
• Buy a house and rent it and then sell it or continue
to make money on monthly payment
• Buy a store front
• Buy a house and fix it up and resell it
• In Florida, houses in 2020 are worth 6.7% more
than in 2019. A house for $100,000 last year is
now worth $106,700

• You will buy stocks that add up to $1,000
• Understand the companies you want to invest in that you think will increase in
value
• Write down the stocks you want to buy
• Record how many shares of each and the current price.
