For our maintask we have beenaskedtocreate a Front cover,Contentspage andDouble page
spreadfor ourown musicmagazine.
We needtodo researchandplanningoncurrentmusicmagazinestounderstandhow theyattract
theirtargetaudience andhowtheyappeal totheiraudience. It’simportantforusto evaluate
currentmusicmagazinesandread the articlesinside sowe cancome up withinterestingcontextand
creative imageswhichwillattractour audience.Withinourresearchandplanningwe needto
answer7 questionsaboutourmagazine- includingthe featuresandcharacteristicsof the magazine;
discussingthe imagesandcover lines.
To create our magazine we will be usingsoftware’ssuchasIndesignandPhotoshoptocreate a
magazine toa high quality/standard. We will needtotake ourownoriginal photoswithaminimum
of fourimages.
