and their animals, or the city?
Assumptions: The Ranchers will not be able give water to their
animals, and it sounds like this is their main source for that water.
The City uses Big Creek for water to water other sources such as
golf courses, and sports complexes.
Conclusions, Beliefs, and Action: The Ranchers see it as their
cattle isn’t getting watered. This is a main source of water to them
and the city is being unfair. They believe they should release water
into Big Creek. The city sees it as watering the public amenities,
serves the public.
