2. MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Angela Lei has over 25 years in the travel industry. She
started in 1987 with Continental Airlines in the airline’s
reservation department. She later was promoted to
the Executive Accounts Desk with Continental where
she was triple gated to service simultaneously regular
reservations, executive accounts and supervisory calls.
After departing Continental, She spent the next twenty
years learning varied aspects of the travel agency
business. She have serviced major corporations such
as Exxon, Chevron, A T & T, Mustang Engineering, CHC
Helicopters in Canada and many other accounts in the
capacity of either corporate travel agent or a
marine/offshore agent in international and domestic
travel. She have had opportunities of mentoring,
coaching, other training agents in the U.S., Canada,
and India. She appreciates the opportunity to
introduce you to the forever changing industry of
travel. Welcome to Travel Agent 101.
