The Cuban missile crisis was a political conflict
between USSR and USA over missile threats.
Took place in October 1962
The USSR knew that the U.S had made large
missiles and were therefore threatened
USSR decided to set they’re missile in Cuba.
It is remembered as one of the closest times to a
nuclear war between USSR and USA.

JFK lead the missile crisis by building missiles in Turkey
He was fighting against USSR and they’re ideals about
Communism
John F. Kennedy also was against Fidel Castro and
initiated the bay of pigs invasion
Formed an executive group to discuss the further
operations in the future against Cuba and USSR

The cold war finally came into a conclusion having
Barak Obama and Raul has established a good
relationship
