 HR or admin collecting device’s IMEI and PC MAC address from all employee.
 Creating Group (i.e. Department, Division, or group by jobs function) multiple
groups assigned are allowed
 Create employee profile by completing all the information and profile picture
 Employee will install mobile application on their registered devices and book-
marked URL to access apps on their PC’s browser
 HR and admin will create scheduled or immediate broadcast message through
admins back-end apps
 Employee will perform their daily clock-in/out through their devices or PC
(backup) and includes reason for any late clock-in or early clock-out
 Employee will receive any messages sent to them upon clock-in/out
 HR or admin will view or print daily, weekly and monthly report
