Why does my professor write deltapydeltay>h/4pi and then h (bar) = h/2pi? The book just says

Solution
The uncertainity principle states that if position is known more accurately(smaller delta y) , the
less accurately you know the momentum of the particle(larger delta py) and vice versa.
So,
delta Pydeltay>=h/4pi= h(cross)/2
where h(cross)= h/2pi..
