2.  Ariadne has taken to market its ECO2 Investment Platform with various Portfolio Managers
on-boarded representing different ecosystems/sectors, regions of the EU and stages of
investment from seed to Series B. If you are interested in learning more.
 Ariadne will utilise its extensive network and experience to deliver superior returns to
investors, superior to those that could be expected from a diversified portfolio of public
equities and/or fixed income products. Ariadne will identify relevant Digital Enabler
investment opportunities for the Fund that satisfy the Ecosystem Economics Investment
Strategy.
 It is very much the intention and the view of management that we are ‘baking’ the operational
model for the multi-manager platform through the next year. Market response is expected to
be strong, and additional Investment Platforms in specific regions, sectors or stages may be
launched before 2020.

3.  During the past 17 years, Ariadne Capital has completed £875m of investments and
transactions, advising high-growth tech-enabled private firms on their capital raises as
well as their exits, and has had several significant deals done over the past 5 years. We
have backed 7 explosive growth firms, including Skype, Monitise and Zopa.
 Further details of transactions where we have been advisors:
• Intellisync acquired by Nokia for $430m
• BeatThatQuote sold to Google for $62m, 122x EBITDA
• Skype acquired by eBay for $2.6bn, following pre-M&A sell-side advisory work from
Ariadne
• Monitise, 8 year retained strategic advisory work with equity position, leading to AIM
listing; subsequent market capitalisation touched £1.0BN; Ariadne investors made
significant returns
• Seamless, a Swedish firm, raised €36 m in capital
 Ariadne’s revenue model for corporate finance mandates comprises monthly
management, or retainer, fees and a % success fee based on the quantum of funding
raised.

4.  The original business model of Portcullis Asset Management prior to the acquisition by
Ariadne Capital was to act as an external Alternative Fund Manager (“AIFM”) for
alternative investment fund structures. Portcullis, now rebranded Ariadne Capital Malta
Limited (ACML), becomes the Investment Manager providing the 16 key management
functions under the Alternative Fund Management Directive (“AIFMD) and sub-
delegating portfolio management of the fund to regulated portfolio manager. AIFM
Services brings Ariadne into contact with a variety of investors who might be interested
in Ariadne’s other services.

5.  The Campaigns business drives the other businesses on the platform. By being an ideas-
based investment firm with an Investment Strategy and Campaigns which are delivered
through social media and events, we are able to secure a leadership position in the
market.
 Ariadne aggregates the right group of people together in an on-going campaign with
