Camps can really get increase your fitness level, strength and endurance.
The other great benefit of our boot camp…you’re not working out alone.
You’ll be in a small group of people with similar goals and interests – pushing
each other to get the most out of your workout.
Our boot camps are unlike any class you will find that claims they are a boot
camp. Our classes are more like a group personal training session.
We ensure we get to know each and every one of our participants and their
goals. We keep our classes smaller than you will find at a box gym to be sure
that you don’t get lost in the crowd.

3. We do this to make sure each and every person is successful towards their
goal as well as injury free. We also have Nationally Accredited Certified
Personal Trainers leading our sessions. Not aerobic instructors.
Boot camp might be an incorrect name but people are becoming familiar with
this title. There are no drill instructors yelling at you and our sessions are not
military based in any way.
Boot camp explains a type of exercise that is a high intensity, training style
with cardio and plyo metrics added in. Our boot camps are great for the
beginner all the way to advanced.
