citizens, authorities and contractors.
Citizens will post their wishes, describe problems and invent new things.
Authorities will collect data and report about plans and results.
Contractors (builders and architects) will post their proposals.
Antropolis will control topics and help citizens turn their wishes in to legal
documents.
This service will help government to understand people’s needs and shape
budget and city contracts according to them.

6. How does it work?
This is internet site that consists of 2 spaces:
MAPS and BOARDS.
This slide shows MAPS.
On MAPS there are 3 layers: for citizens, authorities and contractors
every participant can draw out the object and create BOARD,
which opens when you click it.
7. BOARD
BOARD is organized using japanese system of project management
called Kanban (invented by Toyota). This is very easy-to-use
mindmapping tool helping to understand status of project from the
first sight.
This example shows board devoted to children playground created by
citizens.
We can see proposals of different contractors, opinions of citizens,
what is in progress and yet empty list of ready docs for authorities.
Every topic is one rectangular card.
It’s possible to make any number of columns of cards, drag and
reorganize them depending on status of project. When you click any
card you can see discussion.
8. CARD
In card every member of board can post their wishes, critics,
proposals, attach files and links.
On this example of card with discussion of children slides we can see
the picture of cool slide posted by citizen.
Every member receives notification on e-mail about changes in card
or board he is interested in.
In this prototype we used images from maps.google.com and web
based project management tool Trello.
10. Nearest analogues and main differences
