1. CHARITY GALA DINNER AND FASHION SHOW 2014: A TOUCH OF
SONGKET
9th

8.15 pm:
Asalamualaikum, and a very good evening Tan Sri and Puan Sri , Datuk
and Datin, ladies and gentlemen, and members of the mass media.
(Pause momentarily) I am Fahrin Ahmad and I will be your host for
tonight.
First let me welcome and thank you for your presence at the Charity
Gala Night 2014. We are indeed proud to hold this event at the Seri
Negeri Ballroom of The Royale Bintang Resort and Spa Seremban, away
from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur, ( PAUSE) and in honour of
Yang Mulia the late Tunku Munirah TUNKU MUSTAPHA’s, a Neger The
late Yang Mulia Tunku Munirah’s charities namely The Pink Unity and N
are being recognised tonight for their contribution to society.
We also would like to thank our guest of honour xxxxx for being here
with us and for taking time to tour the display at the booths outside of
this ballroom.
Tonight, we have several fashion shows lined up to entertain you. We
have exciting talented designers such as Azila Cara, Nazirul Mubinn,
Alana Ilham and of course Yustie Dienna! In line with tonight’s theme
“A touch of songket”, you will witness the many manifestations of the
traditional songket in inspiring designs,

2. We hope that this would be another milestone for our songket not only
in the Malaysian fashion scene but also at the international level. We
can spot some of you wearing songket tonight which is most welcomed
by the organisers. May our traditional songket and our designers get
the notice that they deserve both at home and abroad. I also hope that
when they get noticed, Malaysian fashion industry could be a new
growth driver for Malaysia under the New Economic Model.
For your information, tonight the Yustine Dienna designers: Yuestie,
Dieanna and Bala Chandran make their debut Charity Fashion Show
cum Fundraising Event. A portion of the silent auction conducted prior
to tonight will go to Pink Unity- a charity for female cancer survivors
and Nasam- The National Stroke Association of Malaysia. A portion of
tonight’s proceeds will go to the Negeri Sembilan Parkinson Society as
part of Royal Bintang Saremban’s CSR. The hotel is doing its small part
in helping those in need.
Before we proceed further, I would like to request that all mobile
phones are in the silent mode so that we may all enjoy the evening
uninterrupted.
I now would like to call on so and so to perform an opening gambit.
(Annur: can I have so information on the opening gambit: What is it
called and how does it jive with the event’s theme?)

3. Ladies and gentlemen, dinner is now served. As dinner is being served,
we will be entertained by the lovely and talented Adira. She was
formerly a participant of Akademi Fantasia. Please welcome Adira with
her song entitled “ what”.
8.40 pm
Ladies and gentlemen, now for the highlight of tonight’s event! We
now would like to bring in the beautiful models modelling creations
from the Yustie Dieanna’s designers.
Before I bring in the models, just a little note on the head designer of
the Yustie Dieanna. Yustie graduated from IFTC in Fashion Design and
Dressmaking. She currently has two brands under her name Yustie
Dieanna and Chantique Clam. Her creations have been worn by Miss
Earth 2013 finalist in the Phillipines and by talents in the fashion
industry.
Another designer and co-owner of the Yustie Dieanna collection is
Dieanna. She is probably one of the youngest fashion designers in
Malaysia. She is also a graduate of IFTC in Fashion Design and
Dressmaking and has graced numerous college and wedding fashion
shows.
The models will feature evening wear with a touch of songket to
showcase the glamour, elegance and romance associated with our
traditional Malaysian songket fused with modern design. Bring them in
girls!

4. 9.10 pm.
I certainly hope that the dresses were a feast for your eyes. They were
certainly for mine.: I don’t understand about the lucky draw here. Now
let us have Adira with her song “ what”. (Annur) Where does it fit in
and how is it executed?
9.25. Thanks Adira for your lovely performance. As highlighted earlier,
we have another designer, Alana Ilham. A bit about Alana
Ilham ( Annur: I need some information here)
9.35.
While you are all enjoying your dinner, we will now proceed with an
auction of creations by Yustie Dieanna. Annur: What is being auctioned
here? Need more information on silent auction?
9.40 pm-
Can I have some information on Nazirul Mubinn and his creations?
9.50 pm-
After an evening of glamour showcasing women’s fashion, rest assured
that we have not left out the gentlemen. Gentlement: Yustie Dieanna
believes in being gender balance and has a line up for us men too. I
need to say something about this collection too. Does it have the
songket touch since that is the night’s theme?
9.55 pm- To continue with tonight’s fashion show is five designs by
Azila Cara. I need to write something on her too.
10.05pm- Who will present the mock up check to the Negeri Sembilan
Parkinson Society.

5. 10.15pm- As the night draws to a close, we are pleased to present all
models from all the designers tonight. Here they are again! Take it
again Azila Cara, Nazirul Mubin and Alana Ilham!
