One quick way to capture this data is to write down the key points on a whiteboard or on a sheet of paper projected using a document projector, so that the students can see the key points.

In these classes, project management approach is used to point out to students that it is a good idea at the start of a project (like this course) to focus on the tangible outcome/deliverables, and work out what needs to be done to be successful in delivering these outcomes
Working out how we need to learn (in the last exercise) is important
The point here is that success does not come by itself; things have to be done
