You'll be responsible for the acquisition, negotiation, follow-up and active control of
new client accounts, as well as the expansion of the business in new markets.
LOCATION:
Pamplona or Bilbao, Spain
Extensive travel required

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT & SUPERVISOR:
The Business Development function is an integrated part of the Global Sales
Department of the Wind Energy Business Unit located in Pamplona (Navarre, Spain).
The Global Sales Department is responsible for sales of power and control
electronics equipment and power converters for wind turbines for onshore and
offshore applications. You’ll be responsible for sales throughout new markets and
reports to the Global Sales Director. Your work will often reach across all areas of the
business, interacting with multiple functional areas and interdepartmental teams.
The department has an open culture, where team work and good communication is
the key to our success.
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS:
Negotiable, depending on experience, qualifications and skills of the candidate
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic sales management – build and grow sales pipeline throughout new
markets as part of the sales team
Assist in establishing and implementing short and long-term sales and marketing
goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Project and manage the sales process, ensuring timely passage through all stages
Coordinate and facilitate all commercial activities in the markets, including
Ingeteam’s participation in trade shows or wind events
Analyze market periodically and propose objectives and strategies accordingly,
including suggestions for Communication and Marketing activities
Generate insights to continuously improve business operations, increase customer
satisfaction and drive innovation
Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to
contract closure
Prepare and present quotations in accordance with the global sales strategy
Represent the company in events related to wind power organized by any wind
energy organization
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering at an accredited
college or university
Graduate Degree in Business Administration or International Commerce is a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as Industrial Sales Commercial
Engineer / Key Account Manager / Business Development
SKILLS:
Outstanding communication skills in English in all forms: written, presentations,
negotiations
Effective decision-making and superior analytical capabilities
Commercial oriented with strong sales / deal making capabilities
Proven ability to work with multiple functional areas and interdepartmental teams
Knowledge and experience in Wind Power Market is highly valued
Experience in international markets is highly valued
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
SKILLS (CONTINUED):
Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and effectively determine
priorities
Good skills in office administration
High-level skills in MS Office and web-based applications
SAP Experience is a plus
Able to remain calm under pressure, persistency
Culture affinity and a great portion of empathy

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT & SUPERVISOR: The Business Development function is an integrated part of the Global Sales Department of the Wind Energy Business Unit located in Pamplona (Navarre, Spain). The Global Sales Department is responsible for sales of power and control electronics equipment and power converters for wind turbines for onshore and offshore applications. You’ll be responsible for sales throughout new markets and reports to the Global Sales Director. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business, interacting with multiple functional areas and interdepartmental teams. The department has an open culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS: Negotiable, depending on experience, qualifications and skills of the candidate

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic sales management – build and grow sales pipeline throughout new markets as part of the sales team Assist in establishing and implementing short and long-term sales and marketing goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures Project and manage the sales process, ensuring timely passage through all stages Coordinate and facilitate all commercial activities in the markets, including Ingeteam’s participation in trade shows or wind events Analyze market periodically and propose objectives and strategies accordingly, including suggestions for Communication and Marketing activities Generate insights to continuously improve business operations, increase customer satisfaction and drive innovation Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure Prepare and present quotations in accordance with the global sales strategy Represent the company in events related to wind power organized by any wind energy organization

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering at an accredited college or university Graduate Degree in Business Administration or International Commerce is a plus Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as Industrial Sales Commercial Engineer / Key Account Manager / Business Development SKILLS: Outstanding communication skills in English in all forms: written, presentations, negotiations Effective decision-making and superior analytical capabilities Commercial oriented with strong sales / deal making capabilities Proven ability to work with multiple functional areas and interdepartmental teams Knowledge and experience in Wind Power Market is highly valued Experience in international markets is highly valued Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
