Prior to joining BNPP in 2010, Anna served as Assistant General
Counsel at CMS Forex (CFTC/NFA-registered retail and
institutional futures and FX broker which merged with Gain
Capital in 2010), handling regulatory matters, trading
documentation, and technology licensing. Prior to CMS Forex,
Anna was a capital markets associate at Cadwalader Wickersham
& Taft (focusing on securitizations of commercial mortgage-
backed securities and collateralized loan obligations) and a
finance associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel and Emmet Marvin &
Martin in New York (handling private equity finance and bank
lending transactions, respectively). Anna started her law career in
bankruptcy litigation at Hahn & Hessen in New York.
