have known Ms. Pall since 2002 when she began as a volunter at the Romanian Peace Institute
(PATRIR). Later Ms. Pall moved on to help in the coordination of programs and campaigns and then as
the Director of Programs in our global network university partnership with TRANSCEND Peace
University (TPU).
Ms. Pall is highly dynamic and capable. She brings skill and commitment to every task she engages
with. While Ms. Pall worked with us at PATRIR she showed excellent team work skills, as well as strong
leadership qualities. She is innovative and hard-working and has built up strong experience in the
design, development, management, implementation and coordination of programs.
More than that, Ms. Pall is a delight to work with. She strengthens any team she is part of with her
quality team work skills, her innovation and creativity, and in the positive example she sets. In her
work with the Institute she also had responsibility for engaging and communicating with a wide range
of partner organisations and institutions as well as the media. She showed professionalism and skill in
all of her activities.
