This document describes a meditation technique called Meditation on Twin Hearts that activates the heart and crown chakras. It involves blessing the Earth with loving kindness using both chakras while following guided prayers. The meditation is done in 14 steps, including invocations, connecting the tongue to the roof of the mouth, thinking of happy moments, blessing the Earth with the heart and crown chakras, chanting OM, and releasing excess energy. Images show the improved aura of a participant before and after practicing the technique. Certain individuals are advised against practicing this meditation due to health reasons.
