Contact</li></li></ul><li>What is Pranic Healing?<br />Pranic Healing is a comprehensive system of subtle energy healing utilizing prana or life force in balancing, harmonizing and transforming the body’s energy processes<br />Two Basic Principles:<br />Law of Self-Recovery: In general, body is capable of healing itself at a certain rate. e.g., body will recover from cold/cough in a couple of weeks, without medication.<br />Law of Life Energy: For life to exist, the body must have prana, chi or life energy. The healing process can be accelerated, by increasing the life energy on the affected part (s), and on the entire body.<br />

Scientific Research<br />“Superbrain Yoga – Improving Academic And Behavioral Performances in Adolescents”, Kim Siar, Middle School Teacher, Norristown Middle School, Pennsylvania, October 2005<br />Summary: Measure the impact of Superbrain Yoga on students experiencing academic and behavioral problems. Total percentage change in the test scores was 21.487% in the study group, versus 2.7125% in the control group (Gates MacGinitie Test ). There was a dramatic increase in student participation in and out of the classroom as well.<br />

Ramesh, MDS<br />Summary: Generalized and overall increase in Alpha wave activity level in Frontal, Parietal & Occipital regions of the brain. Balances left and right side of the brain due to Synchronization of Brain Waves.<br />Note: Alpha waves indicates relaxed concentrated state of mind, relieves anxiety, strengthen the immune system and brings state of high creativity.<br />

Scientific Research<br />“Investigation of the Effects of Pranic Healing Techniques on Birthing Process and Maternal Outcomes”, Andrea Tarabek, R.N. & Jim Sorden, Senior Certified Pranic Healer, Santa Barbara, CA, December 2003<br />Summary: Pranic Healing techniques were applied from Feb – Dec. 2003 to prepare birthing rooms for the labor and delivery process. The data for 256 births during this period was compared with data for 722 births in the years 2000, 2001 & 2002. Results show that preparing birthing rooms using Pranic Healing techniques has positive effects on the delivery process and maternal outcomes. These results are especially significant considering that the techniques were not applied directly to patients, but only to the environment in which the delivery took place.<br />

Scientific Research<br />“SCGH Brownes Cancer Support Centre Patient Care Report”, Aurora Popescu, Research Assistant, Western Australian Centre for Cancer and Palliative Care, Edith Cowan University, August 2004<br />Summary: A 17-month long study on patients participating/receiving complimentary care treatments (including Pranic Healing) through the SCGH Brownes Cancer Support Centre report improvements in both quality of life and symptom distress scores. These improvements are marked between the pre and post scores for each treatment visit, and there is also improvement over the course of the sessions, from treatment 1 to treatment 6.<br />

Pimpalkhute, Head of the Department of Holistic Cardiac Rehabilitation at M.S. R. Medical Teaching Hospital, Karnataka, India <br />Summary: 22 girls at a juvenile home were treated for 3 months to improve behavioral and scholastic performance. Significant improvement was noticed in destructive behavior, fighting, bed-wetting and exam scores.<br />

An engineer by degree and businessman by profession, Master Choa&apos;s analytical skills and natural proclivity for experimentation resulted in innovations to the arts of healing and meditation, making them more practical and easy to learn. <br />He spent more than 30 years researching and studying esoteric sciences, various healing techniques, and eventually developing the principles, techniques, and practical applications of Pranic Healing as it is widely known today. <br />Modern Pranic Healing as a science was finally born in late 1987, with the publication of Master ChoaKok Sui’s book, The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing, which has since been translated into more than 30 languages and distributed in over 80 countries. She earned her Master’s of Business Administration degree from University of Virginia. She also holds M.S. and B.E. degrees majoring in electrical engineering. <br /> Charu has spent more than 10 years learning and practicing Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga in her daily life.
