Li Sung takes over as third gen heir and the family moves to a new location.

2. My decision to add Celia to the family was made as the next heir. I
don’t regret it and I don’t wish to go back and change it. When I
found out what my grandfather was fleeing from when he first came
to Riverview I thought that he at least would understand what it
means to not judge someone by how they look. I guess he forgot
about everything he was running from when he was young. Since he
has died now there is no longer a chance for him to get to know
Celia. Unless of course he becomes privy to knowledge in the
Afterlife that we as the living cannot understand.
Either way, Celia is staying and now that my child is about to be born
no one else can argue with my decision.

3. Medina: When and how did this happen?!
Rena: Mother, you really don’t want to know that do you?
Medina: *blushes deep red* Oh…on second thought…no I don’t.

4. Celia: Hospital! Please!!
Medina: A home birth was good enough for us, welcome to the family my
dear.
Celia: That is ridiculous! We live in an enlightened age now!

5. Medina: A great-granddaughter? And she’s not…like you.
Celia: I told you before, the power of science is amazing. And yes a
daughter. I will call her Marie. She will go on to do great things.

6. Medina: Perhaps…Li Sung was right and I don’t really understand
why he chose Celia. But at least I lived long enough to see my great-
granddaughter born. I had a daughter and she proved herself
capable. Maybe I should give Marie a fair chance too?

7. It saddens me to see the purple eyes died out in Marie. Other than
that, little Marie (named after Marie Curie in case you didn’t catch it)
is a Virtuoso who Loves the Outdoors. Her faves include Aloo
Masala Curry, Indie music and colour Purple.

8. Medina: I hope she remembers this when she’s older. Her old great-
grandmother came around in the end. And I believe in her.

9. Rena: What is this for?
Medina: I just wanted to, can’t a mother hug her daughter without needing a
reason?
Rena: Sure, I suppose.

10. Marie: Great-grandma! No more cheek pinchies! I’m going to look
like a clown!
Medina: Oh hush dear, you can never have too many cheek pinchies.

11. Medina: Jet, my son, tell Li Sung he did well for himself. Celia is truly
wonderful and I’m so proud of Marie.
Jet: Mom? What are you saying?

12. Marie: Great-grandma? NOO! I take it back you can give me all the
cheek pinchies you want! Don’t go away!! GREAT-GRANDMA!!
Grim: Oh no, I hate it when children witness me reaping
a soul…

13. Medina: So Hades, did you find out whether or not necromancy was used on
Celia?
Grim (Hades): I dId, and no It wasn’t. However…revIvIng tHe
dead wIll Have Its cost. and MarIe’s cHIld wIll Have to pay It. I
don’t let souls escape wItHout consequences. I could not
call myself Hades, god of the dead if I did let it go.

14. And just like that, my grandmother was off to join my grandfather. I was at
work and missed her death but from the way Marie looked when I came home,
I wish I had been here. Father told me she witnessed grandmother dying much
like how I saw my grandfather go when I was younger. I was a teenager
though so I could handle it better, but Marie is just a child.

15. When mother told uncle Ipicles about their parents, he was devastated. She
wanted to move and start anew, my uncle said he would remain in Riverview
and watch over the family farm, he had built a life there and wanted to stay.
I knew of the place mother wanted to move to, it had a reputation among the
science community for being a hot bed of strange activity…

16. Case and point: the aliens found us not too long after we settled into
the new house. Apparently, Moonlight Falls is huge draw for them.
This town’s energy even radiates in the stars. Father has already
discovered several new planets with the telescope I brought home.

17. It was also mother’s birthday after we moved here. She was happy
about the new house and the chance to use most of the money we
have been accumulating for the last three generations. I like this place
too, it’s perfect for furthering my scientific explorations and it has also
inspired Celia to invent some amazing things.

18. Mother can continue to sculpt and paint and enjoy her retirement. I
will carry this family now and I will make sure it will be happy and
healthy.

19. Marie will adapt to this place, she’s a good girl. As a Virtuoso who
Loves the Outdoors, she will no doubt find a way to be Frugal with
our family’s wealth. Her Adventurous spirit will carry her far in this
world. I hope she will find true love and happiness here in Moonlight
Falls just as I did with Celia.

20. That’s really all a father can ask for his child isn’t it? I want her to be
happy, to see the world now that she’s no longer limited to long ship
voyages and cross-country pilgrimages to get to the distant places
like France and the mysterious Egypt. I want all the best for her and
her future husband whoever he may be.
