When connected with your TruTops Fab system, your app offers the
following functions:
The production overview informs you in real time concerning your production orders, including, of course, relevant detailed
information and the respective current status. You can respond to customer enquiries quickly and competently.
MDA messages keep you informed about the statuses of your machines and work stations. While doing so machine idle times,
pauses errors and alarm messages are also conveyed. Analyze individual work stations or groups of work stations over a freely
configurable period of time. Automatically generated diagrams increase transparency and support in process optimization.
You keep track of all of the work stations and can detect malfunctions quickly. The optional camera connection enables you to
make even quicker remote diagnoses and result in fewer inspection rounds, which, in turn, results in cheaper production
monitoring.
You can conveniently use the TruTops Fab app on your iPad via WLAN or a mobile phone network (e.g. UMTS). In this way the
status of a customer order can be called up directly - whether you are in an internal company meeting or on site at a customer's. All
necessary information is available in seconds, whether it is during a telephone enquiry or a production inspection round.
