If you’re a Businessman do practice Gandhi’s Non-Violence & Tolerance as customer is termed
as god by the “Father of the Nation”. Ensure that the customers should visit you, for every “commodity”
Need.
You often experience harsh voice at many Business entities primarily medium level establishments like
Sole Traders and Family Businesses. Customer is a Pet that have a habit of going to its Kennel/Den at the
end of the day to fulfill the goods buying needs often treated or greeted with harsh voice ends with
taking goods and paying for the same and not returning the Den.
Some Traders do practice of forcing the customer to buy the later has asked the price or features of any
good and Online traders do Bluff by not sending the selected item after payment or not of same
featured quality.
Moving on these Lines: Business people do inculcate good greeting habits and making the customer to
feel and Buy the Best product and satisfied for his Penny Not only to ensure of Better products and
competitive market hails as the Best product in Market but not as second grade marketing/Products.
Japanese Companies spend 60% of Selling and Distribution overheads for Advertisements only to
ensure to stay in the Business, backed by world class market in electronic gadgets and products.
Non-Violence has adopted by many leaders and countries from Mahatma Gandhi, John M.F. Kennedy
Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela and Aung san Suu ki of Myanmar only to ensure smooth way of
handling societal transformation from Racism to Rationalization, Barbarism to Brotherly Society and
Dictatorship to Democracy.
Business ensures that Sole trader business entities should survive in the Self-employment to making life
engaged with grace and Self-Satisfaction by Pleasing Manners of course affected by the Shopping Malls.
