• The business I chose is Cuponatic, this company
operates in the industry "Daily Deals" and is
dedicated to sell products and services with
great discounts through their website.

• Cuponatic is a company for the category of the Daily
Deals, dedicated to the sale of coupons, which offers
its customers the ability to purchase products and
services at a great discount through its website,
offering to trade associate the opportunity to fill the
periods of the day when they have idle capacity,
publicize new premises quickly and reach a larger
group of customers, this in the case of services, and
to liquidate remaining stock and use Cuponatic as
an alternative sales channel, in the case of products.

• The business of Daily Deals born with the release of the
company Groupon 2008 in Chicago, United States. This
company introduced a new system in which bids were
submitted with aggressive discounts website, which
lasted 24 hours, provided that for this offer to be valid,
must have a minimum amount of coupons sold,
otherwise, no became effective the charge to credit card
customers. Currently Groupon is found in more than
500 cities in 43 countries and is valued at over 25 billion
dollars.
