It is focused on capacity building of community organizations and NGOs in Costa Rica and other countries in the region.
Based on the planning and action for sustainable local development, building and strengthening of local capacities,
identification and strengthening the local economy (green economy, social solidarity economy, productive chains and

use and management of natural resources, integrated management of water resources and risk management.

Extensive experience (27 years) working with cooperation agencies and the UN System, community-based organizations
(rural and indigenous) and NGOs: in the field of administration of grants, programs and projects; the design, development,
monitoring and evaluation of productive socio-economic projects for conservation and improvement of living conditions
for people; as well as strengthening local capacities (in project management, organization, sustainable development,
protection and conservation of the environment, local empowerment, leadership, gender, etc.), the establishment of local,
national and international partnerships and mobilization and resource management for conservation and grassroots
development.
