   Nishit Kantha, Co-founder and Director – Advisory at TeamTree, is a communication and instructional design &
   delivery professional. He brings rich experience in Change Management, Attitude & Skill Training , OD intervention
   and HROS from large corporates across BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Automobile & Hospitality industry. He
   has worked with Bennet Coleman & Co (The Times of India Group) for around 10 years. He holds a MBA degree.

   Gurpreet Singh, Co-founder and Director - Talent Syndication at TeamTree, is a Member of The Institute of Chartered
   Accountants of India and has over 7 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and over 3 years
   in manufacturing sector. His area of work includes head hunting, talent acquisition, HR audits and HR due diligence
   reviews. Gurpreet has spent over 5 years of his professional career with Price Waterhouse (PwC) as a part of their
   Financial Services Industry Practice and gathered valuable national and international experience servicing some of the
   biggest corporates in the financial services industry especially in the investment management and capital market
   segments. Gurpreet is ably assisted by team of industry experts.

   Gunjan Choudhary, Co-founder and Director at TeamTree, is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
   India and MBA (Finance) from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai. In his past career, Gunjan has established 2 successful
   business ventures in mining and education sector which are on growth path. He has also pioneered the investments
   operations of his family business and possess strong knowledge about capital markets industry.

   Rashi Jain, Co-founder of TeamTree, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has over 4
   years of professional experience in the manufacturing and energy sector. Her area of work includes talent acquisition
   and head hunting services.

  Talent Audit results reveal competency gaps (Attitude, Skill or Knowledge) that can be used for effective decision

  Performance management can focus on the performance of an organization, a department, employee, or even the
  processes to build a product or service, as well as many other areas. It includes activities that ensure goals are
  consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Managing employee performance every day is the key to
  an effective performance management system.

  TeamTree can be your single source for identifying appropriate systems & techniques, sourcing/ procuring
  tools, configuring/ customizing and integrating into existing systems or people, managing and interpreting MIS data
  generated by the system to evaluate overall effectiveness.

  TNA / Performance Gaps:

  Corporate need and training need are interdependent because the organization performance ultimately depends on
  the performance of its individual employee and its sub group. Our purpose of conducting training need analysis is to
  determine whether there is a gap between what is required for effective performance and present level of
  performance. It helps to plan the budget of the company, areas where training is required, and also highlights the
  occasions where training might not be appropriate but requires alternate action.

  TeamTree will use focus groups, questionnaires, feedback and on-job-observation as diagnostics; map the results
  with secondary findings (from PMS, appraisals, line managers etc.) and open source industry resources. We have in-
  house capability in Focus Group moderation, Quantitative & Qualitative Techniques and other research
  methodologies.

  Training / Learning and Development:

  Effectiveness of training comes from its administrations and not just content design. Experiential learning or
  simulated/ on-job-training in a Socratic Way is what TeamTree recommends. TeamTree trainings are different from
  most others as our focus is on Results. Our design objects include: instruction, fostering reflection and critical
  thinking, creating access to resources, and networks and ecologies.

  Career Development/ Progression Planning:

  This will help organizations to develop plans for individual career development and for other employees in the
  organizations. This process results in a document that has been referred to by such terms as an individual
  development plan, a learning contract, MBO (management-by-objectives) for personal learning, a personal
  "curriculum" for learning, and a plan for personal career advancement. The results may also be applied to the
  "development" section of most performance appraisal forms.

  TeamTree will deploy resource to chart out the possibilities and growth path for employees. It is sought to engage
  employee with one – on – one on demographic, psycho graphic as well as attitude.

  This will include identifying key roles for succession or replacement planning, defining the competencies and
  motivational profile required to undertake those roles, followed by assessing people against these criteria - with a
  future orientation.

  least developing employees to be ready for advancement into key roles - primarily through the right set of
  experiences.
