Haribhakti & Co in India.

Yuvak, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, enrolled in 1999. He has vast

Mr. Tekwani has joined the Group as Senior Advisor. Prior to joining he served as Joint Commissioner of
Income Tax for the period of 17 years. During his long career with the Department, he gained extensive

Mr. Hemant Parikh
Hemant Parikh is a veteran banker with nearly 28 years experience in all facets of banking and core

Dr. Paritosh Basu
Dr. Paritosh Basu, Senior Advisor of the Company, has served the corporate world for about thirty-four
years. He was the Group Controller of Essar Group till June, 2013, preceded by the CFO of Reliance
Communications Ltd. till August, 2008. Dr. Basu’s experience in MNCs spans over a wide spectrum of
