Project Details: This is a payment and documentation gateway used by consortium bank
in European Union. This system is uniquely positioned as key player for the electronic
document delivery between businesses (B2B) on the one hand, and between businesses
and consumers (B2C) on the other. It resolves many barriers encountered by EBPP. And
the application’s routing mechanism ensures that the enrolment process be fully
automated.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor running jobsand checking log files.
Shell scripts enhancements and Maintenance of the existing application.
Responsible for solving user queries from various media like Interchange chat channel,
Mails and on telephone.
Responsible for providing the support in L1/L2 level depending on the priority of the
issues to meet client’s SLA.

This web based application has been developed for an Indian client, All State
Financial Services. The Application provides a complete solution for Payroll processing
along with TDS computation. It is highly advance system to process the payroll of
multiple companies as per their defined rules: It is an advance system to compute the

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) automatically as well as manually. Once a company is
registered with the system, it can create its own branches, salary heads, employees etc
and can define its own rules. Under the Employee Module, every employee of the
company can managed ones personal information, can declare his/her investments (to
get the benefit of tax rebate), get the salary slip, PF reports, TDS reports etc.It also
provides a smart Tax Calculator that assists to employee to get the maximum benefits of
rebates and hence shows his/her tax liability. Worked on Employee Module through
which he/she can change his profile and get/download the payslip and raise any
request can see their taxdeclarations statements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily jobs include monitoring the application, dataflow, solving daily issues.
Coordinating with various interface systems on resolving issues.
Working on daily tickets which are assigned to me or my team as well and keeping
update the status to clients.
