5. ABSTRACT
An Organizational study was carried out at IREL(India)LIMITED,
MANAVALAKURICHI which is a production firm,mainly producing minerals. The study
is to understand the key business processes are carried out in an organization. The main
objective of the study is to conduct a SWOT analysis of the organisation.The organization
functions and activities carried out by every departments in an organisation was studied
during organisation study. The sources which were used for data collection are classified and
analyzed into two categories such as primary data and secondary data. Details on the
functioning and goal of each department are mentioned.On a final note, findings were
analyzed and suggestions were provided for the betterment of the organization.
