FRUIT SMOOTHIE FOR YOUR BREAKFAST
Breakfast is obviously the most important meal of the day and it should never be underestimated, equally important
is to decide the meal of that you chose for breakfast. Your breakfast should supply the required portion of vitamins

A juicing recipe is a delicious treat to you in the morning. It is like an elixir of health for the entire day. One smoothie
a day is enough to make you feel amazing for the entire day. To make your smoothie even tastier, you can add nuts
and seeds. Smoothies made with bananas and avocados are best mixed with nuts for the taste. There are super food
