teams?
Yes and no. There are a few behaviors
that an agile team should have.
Here are a few of them.

3. 1. People Who Collaborate
People who can work together are
much more valuable than people who
need to work alone.
The entire team works together to make
sure the feature is finalized.
Developers and testers work together.

4. 2. People Who Ask for Help
No one knows everything about a
project.
Asking for help is very important in an
agile team.
If people will ask for help when needed,
they will not get stuck on a problem,
therefore the feature will be done
faster.
Asking for help is not seen as a
weakness.

5. 3. People Who are Willing to Take
Small Steps and Get Feedback
Feedback is very important in Agile, the
client being asked after every iteration.
Small increments are used.
Feedback is seen as an constructive
opinion meant to improve the final
version of the feature.
People get the feedback from clients
with an open mind.

6. 4. People Who are Willing To Do
Something That is Good Enough for
Now
In Agile there may be times when there
is no time to finish the feature
perfectly.
The feature must be good enough for
that time and after feedback from the
client making the required upgrades.
Not many people can work by this idea.

7. 5. Adaptable People
People working in an Agile team must
be able to work on a feature which is
not fully specified or which will be
modified during work.
It is very important to be able to easily
adapt to new requirements.

8. 6. People Willing to Work
Outside Their Expertise
Members of an Agile team must be able
to work in a little bit outside their
expertise.
Self development is encouraged.
People don’t have to learn something
completely new and different, but
something need to his area of
expertise.
