Meaning:
 Advertisement is a notice or announcement in a public for
promoting a product ,service or any event or even
publicizing a job vacancy.
 Advertising is a paid form of non-personal presentation or
promotion of ideas, goods or services by an identified
sponsor with a view to disseminate information.

2.Outdoor Advertisement.
3.Broadcast Advertisement.
4.Covert Advertisement.
5.Surrogate Advertisement.
6.Public Service Advertisement.
7.Celebrity Advertisement.

Press release, photograph & feature stories.

 Avoid misleading or dishonesty.

STRENGTHS
Low staff turnover, high staff morale, low overhead,
high profit margins, multiple revenue streams,
product and service diversification and a
sustainable business model.
WEAKNESS
Low client satisfaction, high production costs, low
return on investment (ROI) or an untrained or
aging employee base.
OPPORTUNITY
Rising marketing budgets, large client bases, a
growing economy, a larger number of media
outlets, lower advertising rates or new advertising
mediums.
THREATS
Shrinking economy, less demand for marketing
services, higher health care costs or a change in tax
legislation.
Importance of Advertisement:
 Target audience.
 Educate society.
 Establish an image.
 Create consumer awareness.
 Advertise in the right places.
 Maximizes the profit and Increase sales.
Objectives :

 To induce the public.
