Command, said that fighters
of the Islamic State in Iraq and
Levant (ISIL) broke into the
houses of Yarmouk camp in
Damascus and abducted doz-
ens of citizens. Reconciliation
agreement is being discussed
for handing over the camp to
the Syrian government, and
the surrender of armed fight-
ers. ISIL fighters refused this
agreement and tried to impede
it after it has reached the last
phase, he revealed.
The Syrian Army started an expand operation in Qalamoun
targeting Yabroud. The Syrian army advanced towards al-Sa-
hel in Qalmoun and targeted headquarters of al-Nusra and the
Islamic Front in Qameaaya and Rima farms in Yabroud, and
al-Mal and Zamrani valleys in Qara. Concurrently, the army
also advanced in Darayya, Khan Shieh, Mleha, Adra and Jo-
bar in Damascus countryside, official military source said.
The Syrian Army targeted by mortar shells neighborhoods of
Qadam, Asali, Eastern Ghota, Khan Shieh, and Darayya, op-
position sources said.
Opposition sources reported
the death of Abu Abdulrah-
man Kuwaiti, ISIL’s Emir of
Ezaz in Aleppo, while fight-
ing the Iraqi Army. Kuwaiti
posted a photo on social me-
dia websites with “Shaker
Waheb Fahdawi”, al-Qaeda
commander in Anbar city,
and wrote “here I am with our
brotherAbu Waheb inAnbar, I
entered without passport”, un-
official media reported. Mean-
while, Abu Laith Ansari, Emir
of al-Raaie, has been killed in
addition to the brother ofAlep-
po Ruler “Abu al-Athier” who
was found to have an assign-
ment from “Omar Chechani”
to rule al-Raaie region, and
to block the crossing borders
used by the armed fighters.

talions fighting in Qalamoun
are remnants of FSA who
withdrew from Qousier,
most notably are (the Islamic
Front, Qalamoun Battalions,
Farouq Battalion, and Ahrar
al-Sham Movement), while
the other factions that have a
great influence in Qalamoun
are al-Qaeda-mentality Salafi
groups, most notably (ISIL,
al-Nusra Front, al-Khadraa
Battalion, Fatah al-Islam and
Abdullah Azzam Battalions
and some factions of Ahrar
al-Sham movement, unoffi-
cial media sources revealed.
Al-Nusra front fighters com-
mitted a massacre in al-
Daweya al-Sughra village, in
Qunietra- Damascus country-
side, resulted in killing 8 citi-
zens, opposition sources said.
The Syrian army says it has shot down a balloon that carried
spying cameras launched by opposition fighters over Aleppo
central prison. The army also thwarted armed fighters attempt
to attack Kweres military airport, Hamedeyya neighborhood,
and Air Force Academy, and killed many fighters. Operation
room of the battalions fighting in (La tafarraqu), “Don’t Dis-

ons. ISIL’s fighters broke into
al-Tarief village in Dier Ezzur
countryside, abducted some
citizens and bombed houses
of al-Nusra fighters, unoffi-
cial media said.

Third day of Genève conference
UN envoy to Syria Lakhdar Erahimi said
that on the fourth day of Geneva conference
he would not call for meetings with the del-
egations of the Syrian government and the
opposition coalition. This possibility will
more likely to take effect after the tripartite
meeting between the Americans, Russians
and Ebrahimi on Thursday afternoon to in-
vite Syrians for meeting if there is a positive
atmosphere between the Russians and the
Americans, so that the meeting would be on
Friday, media sources said.
Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Walid al-
Muallem, discussed with Russian party the
Syrian-Russian relations, ongoing meetings
in Geneva and the necessity of following up
this process through implementing Geneva
Communiqué item by item, particularly stop-
ping violence and combating terrorism

National coalition delegation suggested dur-
ing the plenary session with Syria official
delegation “formation of transitional govern-
ment” with full executive powers that conse-
quently leads to elections, without mentioning
the future of President Mr. Bashar al-Assad.
Meanwhile, Syria official delegation refused
this proposal and stressed that Syrians do not
accept this solution.
