a. they should go in moderate, that means they should reduce the subsidy levels on some
activities and they can increase tax on high income community upto some extent. if suddenly
total government expenditure is reduced, it shows huge impact on less income earining people
and they can not survive. in the same way if suddenly tax rates increased on high income people,
it will be effected them politically and it may cause to lost power in next elections. so, my
openion is that un necessary spending should be minimized and tax rates can be increase on high
income people upto moderate level.
