In complex industrial systems there are always
Operational activities, planning, maintenance, and
external events and factors such as individuals,
subsystems, components, and environment have
mutual interactions with complex behavior. Defects
complex systems influence many negative effects on
activity, social and environmental. An example of
complex industrial systems is industrial company gas,
oil and petrochemicals. In these companies there is
always high risk because of uncertainty and ignorance.
Although we cannot eliminate the risk, but we can
certainly reduce or control risk using an appropriate
safety approach.
I applied Dynamic Bayesian Networks (DBN) and
HAZOP to evaluate the safety and reliability the
wellhead. Using integrated HAZOP and T-slice
temporal Bayesian net predict the reliability and design
proper maintenance plan. Since the output of this
model is quantitative, The operator can easily prioritize
the risk and make decisions based on it. This approach
to modeling has advantage more than classical
methods that include: Feature updates, the ability to
run despite the lack of sufficient data, the ability to
cover all relationship between the system's risks,
quantitative output, and sensitivity analysis.
