with Physiological Explanation
Purification of the stomach & thoracic region by voluntary vomiting with
the help of Luke warm saline water.

The contents from stomach are
expelled by muscular contraction of
the abdomen.

4. After drinking lukewarm saline water; gently
rub root of tongue with fingers.
Vomiting reflex generates through vagus
nerve from medulla oblongata.
With deep breath, hyoid bone and larynx are
raised by pulling the upper esophageal
sphincter to open.
 Closing of the glottis to prevent vomitus
flow into the lungs
