9. This is a rubber cover that is supposed to keep the wires together and
unexposed. The students trip on it, causing wires to constantly be re-exposed.
The rubber rips and tears and essentially has no use other than being a tripping
hazard. Rubber originally was screwed into the floor in every room, however,
this proved to be useless as the students tripping on it would tear it from the
screws.
10. Please notice the Ethernet cords in many pictures. Many rooms require 100 foot
Ethernet cords which stretch across rooms, over floors, and underneath heaters.
