*   The Intervention Framework
      1.       Make resources available
      2.       Remove the impediments/blockers
      3.       Improve the ability to succeed
      4.       Create an environment where ability can succeed
      5.       Probably incentivize the behavior(s)
*   You can’t pull through a clogged pipe by intervening with forced incentives too early.
    Incentives are a temporal last resort.
*   If you are incentivizing the Prime Purpose i.e. Core Function then you have a very big
    problem.
*   Incentivize only
      *    New Behavior,
      *    Change(s) and
      *    Non-Core Behavior.
*   Eventually incentivized behavior should end up as non-incentivized core behavior in
    due time. Don’t incentivize too long.
