Adestra. As well as being 90% beard he
has over 15 years of experience working
with global brands from both client and
agency perspectives.
Before joining Adestra in 2014 he was
working in Chicago running the digital
production for Dyson US.
He is passionate about creating exciting
and innovative solutions and helping
clients rise above the noise of the busy
inbox.

Objectives
• Increase the quality of ACS email campaigns inline with our online marketing
tools
• Increase the click through rates to show an improved level of customer
engagement
• Enhance our e-comms with technology and Adestra’s expertise
• Produce reports on user activity including physical replies to all email
communications
• Reduce internal resource time and remove the need for dated manual
processes
• Provide a global platform for ACS marketers to access and deploy with
varying levels of approvals

Solution Overview
• Make use of the new websites palette and common
elements – Header, footer, full width colours, buttons
etc.
• Move CTA’s higher up and the phone number down to
increase clicks vs calls.
• Consider onward journey – if users are clicking, make it
easy!
