From perspective of Parish Officer

4.
5. Our decision should concern:
(what the factors should be considered in the first instance)
-impact of this kind of business on the local
economy- unemployment, tourism
- its impact on the human environment
- influence on the natural environment
- possible nuisance (like noises, all types of
pollution)
- possiblity to return to its original state, shape of
landscape and premises
-Any possible damage to the landscape and
historical monuments
7. We know-
Tourism is a balance
• We want tourists:
...but we do not want to be disturbed
• We want change& new challenges,
new faces:
...but we do not want take the unknown
hardships
• We want as much tourist we can have:
...not in my backyard of course
9. Lesser of two evils:
(or greater good)
Acting on the basis of
Localism Act 2011 (c. 20)
Part 5 — Community empowerment
Chapter 2 — Community right to challenge
p. 81 Duty to consider expression of interest
• Mountain Bike Centre
• Farm Home Hotel
10. Reasons:
• More, better possibilities of use of
premises:
- as basis for other event
- catalizator for local co- operation
- promotion as family pro, eco, starting
point
11. YES, we know!
-traffic congestion
- good effectiveness= many tourists=
tourists’ flooding
12. Recommendations for

calculations and computations
- please indicate real sources of
fundings and all stakeholders

build on the official tourism
development plans.
13. Recommendations for
investors:
-please provide a plan for using the object
in different seasons
- planned and expected deadlines
- expectations on how many events to
hold, who should be involved
- we expect investor to use local produce
The question is what would we like to see there for our society
This main look of the building that we are concering of
And behind there something that looks like it is
Anyway, and so a large part of the responsibility and risks, we put on the shoulders of the investor
Our aim os to to atake any banefit from this action
in the case of open-air event-funfair, catering-all this allows unchanged area, which can always be further exploited and easily subjected to recultivation cooperation between small firms would increase the income of the region-theme park, cycling can lower risk, open elsewhere, near the major city ; cooperation is the thing that we would rather expected than employing of large number of people
the point is that make the publicity sure taht the premises could not be soon one of the unfinished investment and that the investment won’t be a laundry for money from unknown sources- all informations like these will be confidential and will be forwarded only to the authoritie s.
