2. Treatment:
Many people take medicine supplements for losing weight. But to
keep the weight off for the long term, you'll need to change your
unhealthy habits and eating patterns.
Behavior change focuses on unhealthy dietary habits. It also adds
physical activity into your daily life.
Obesity and related eating disorders can be treated by a
therapist, nutritionist, and may also need medicines.

3. Medical treatment of obesity:
 Orlist:
orlist blocks about 30% of the fat you eat as food travels through your
digestive system. But when You stop taking this medicine, you may regain weight again.
 Sibutramine:
this medicine is use for obesity. But FDA found that the medicine might raise
the risk for heart attack.
 Locaserin:
Another medicine is locaserin. It increase the amount of serotonin in the
brain to reduce your appetite.
 Amphetamines:
Amphetamines are not recommended mostly because of the risk of
addiction.

supplement help to burn fat faster or reduce hunger. Some
supplements have side effects that can be dangerous.

The Beck Diet Solution teach the skills diet successfully and to
keep the weight off permanently.

Intensive behavioral therapy is a treatment
for obesity. Through this therapy obese person learn how to change his/her eating
and exercise habits. This helps in weight lose.
 Hypnosis:
clinical hypnotists use techniques to put people into a relaxed frame of
mind. It is to encourage the person to make beneficial changes, such as to enjoy
healthful eating.

9. Sedentary activities:
 Decrease in time spent in sedentary activities. Such as watching television,
playing video game, using social media, and using computer.
 Screen time should be limited to 1-2 hours per day. And give more time to
physical activity.
 And the last option of obesity is surgery.
