SPARE IT! is an Android Mobile
Application that helps users locate the
required commodity (Grocery,
Electronics, Furniture) within user’s
vicinity removing the hassle of commuting
to a far off grocery store.
3. Tushar comes from India to Syracuse
University. One evening, he runs out of rice
at his place. Tushar does not have a car.
And the grocery store is more than a mile
away. What should Tushar do?!!...
He has Spare IT!
Tushar posts his request on Spare IT !
and sets his location preference.
4. Abhilash who is another user of Spare IT!
staying very close by to Tushar, gets a push
notification saying that Tushar is looking
for rice who is just 0.2 miles away.
5. Abhilash as a seller, uploads the photo of
the rice that he has, and also sets the
location preferences to get notified on the
people who are looking for rice near to him.
6. Tushar as a buyer, sees a list of people
who are willing to sell the rice located
around him. He selects the required
seller .
7. Tushar sees the contact information of the
seller and photo of the product(rice).
VIOLA!!! Tushar gets what he needs without
commuting longer distances to find the rice.
