right kind of knowledge, skills and attitude that would enable them to meet the

Entrepreneurship:
Disruptive change for inventing the future
According to Peter F Drucker, Entrepreneur always searches for
change, responds to it and exploits it as an opportunity. The five requisite skills
that make up disruptive innovators DNA have been identified by early
researchers in Harvard Business Review. Coexistence of the five skills in
entrepreneurs - associating, behavioral, questioning, observing, networking
and experimenting skills can result in disruptive innovation. The launch of
Kindle by Amazon's Jeff Bezos is such an ideal example to quote one among
many such disruptive innovations. The truth is even global leaders like Google
is able to allocate only 10% of its engineering time for disruptive innovation.
Modern developments in cutting-edge technologies that enhance human
capabilities play a crucial role in achieving such goals. Success depends on
analysing whether modern corporations are making innovation everybody's
job, disruptive innovation is included in the innovation portfolio, able to take
smart risks and to ensure that cross functional think tanks exist. Success of
such teams lie in turning second layer members into top notch innovators.
Kalpatha 2013 is providing a platform for dissecting the skill set for
disruptive innovation cutting across the boundaries of all functional
departments and the resulting formation of cross-functional process oriented
teams that aim to turn every employee into an innovator or an even more
ambitious target of turning them to disruptive innovators.
