14001 & corporate HSE management system.
•Implement & establish an HSE committee to handle all HSE issues in the operations.
•Develop a system for inspection and monitoring all lifting equipment & assess the HSE
performance of the equipment’s operators.
•Designing & implement an HSE KPI system to evaluate the HSE performance of all
department & employees.
•Provide support for erection teams on site & conduct any awareness, assessment or
