FOT-Net: addressing the cooperation needs .. why the promotion of one FOT methodology? www.fot-net.eu • Allow for comparability and transferability of FOT results. • FESTA project (funded by the EC) developed a handbook with general guidance on organisational issues, methodology, data acquisition and storage and evaluation. • During a series of 8 seminars, FOT methodology has been explained and discussed. – Extensive feedback has been received which will serve as a basis for upcoming revision of the FOT methodology. 03 February 2011 2

In particular: • To revise and adapt the FESTA Methodology for FOT to different application fields. • To extend the methodology framework with consolidated state of practice discussed in coordinated working groups (WG). 03 February 2011 4
