SYNOPSIS
Topic: problems in the distribution of FMCG products

Objective: Main objective of my project is to make changes in the present model of distribution
of FMCG industry which helps them, to sort out the problems which they are facing in the
distribution of their products and services.



Description: This project involves mainly study on how the distribution system are managed and
we will have a study on why the problems like product unavailability, insufficient funds, more
number of damaged goods, and products getting expired sooner and we also study on how the
price of the product changes from one point of sale to other like from manufacture unit to
logistics and from there to distribution point and from distribution point to whole sellers and
retailers, in the chain of distribution.

We will also have a study on few aspects like under

        MARKETING
   1.   We will study about different promotional activities that should be taken up for each
        product.
   2.   What should be the schemes to be given to the customers etc should be studied.
   3.   How many days each scheme should be runned can be known.
   4.   How supervisors should work and where there should be visibility of the products and
        how can they increase the visibility.c



        FINANCE
   1.   How funds are allocated for each products
   2.   How to raise funds from the existing product.
   3.   What are the margins for the company and the distribution centers.
   4.   How funds are allocated to different products.



        HR
   1.   How many persons are working for each product .
   2.   How many more are required for the increase of the sales of the product
   3.   How the incentive schemes should be designed.
   4.   Finding out the best performer.
This project is taken up because there are some of the problems arising in the FMCG industry
and if we complete the project with the complete solution then this project will be very much
helpful for for the company as well as to me as I would like to work with FMCG in future .

Synopsis

  • 1. SYNOPSIS Topic: problems in the distribution of FMCG products Objective: Main objective of my project is to make changes in the present model of distribution of FMCG industry which helps them, to sort out the problems which they are facing in the distribution of their products and services. Description: This project involves mainly study on how the distribution system are managed and we will have a study on why the problems like product unavailability, insufficient funds, more number of damaged goods, and products getting expired sooner and we also study on how the price of the product changes from one point of sale to other like from manufacture unit to logistics and from there to distribution point and from distribution point to whole sellers and retailers, in the chain of distribution. We will also have a study on few aspects like under MARKETING 1. We will study about different promotional activities that should be taken up for each product. 2. What should be the schemes to be given to the customers etc should be studied. 3. How many days each scheme should be runned can be known. 4. How supervisors should work and where there should be visibility of the products and how can they increase the visibility.c FINANCE 1. How funds are allocated for each products 2. How to raise funds from the existing product. 3. What are the margins for the company and the distribution centers. 4. How funds are allocated to different products. HR 1. How many persons are working for each product . 2. How many more are required for the increase of the sales of the product 3. How the incentive schemes should be designed. 4. Finding out the best performer.
  • 2. This project is taken up because there are some of the problems arising in the FMCG industry and if we complete the project with the complete solution then this project will be very much helpful for for the company as well as to me as I would like to work with FMCG in future .
