Special Skills & Closing Statement
I have been working in guest relations since 2005 quickly working my way from stock to
visual manager by 2007 at the age of 18. I learn quickly and in my 10 years of work
experience I have learned quite a bit along the way. I enjoy working with large groups of
people as well as on a more personal level. I’m very outgoing and enjoy meeting new
people. I have experience working with groups of people of all ages, races, and
opportunity. Working at Universal and all over Orlando, I was allowed to see guests from
every corner of the world. This has also allowed me to partially become fluent in
Spanish as well as learn casual greetings in many other languages such as French,
German, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. I have worked in many
aspects of customer service including clerical, data entry at a tax agency, “face to face”
customer service, as well as more hands on guest recovery situations. I may not have a
BA or MA in business but I learn quickly, and strive to succeed. As you can see by my
resume I am very good at multitasking, having multiple jobs at a time, as well as
directing or choreographing shows while working and in school. Thank you for your
