Agricultural cooperatives and producer organizations play an
important role in achieving food security and reducing poverty.
Cooperatives are a way out of hunger and poverty.
We need to empower and support the growth and sustainability of
cooperatives.
Let’s put in place the right policies, transparent legislation,
incentives and opportunities for dialogue, as necessary conditions for
cooperatives and producer organizations to develop and grow.
