Managing Director of Daroma Lda, a real estate development company. The Company
had acquired lands in Luanda, Angola's capital. Some of the projects acquired
construction licenses, and finance is in process.
The projects are as follows:
1. Ocean View- 29 Storey high rise residential building, including 4 commercial floors,
plus 6 underground parking levels. The design and permits are in hand. A
construction contract was agreed with a contractor. Finance and marketing are in
process. Construction cost US$65,000,000.
2. Bairro Azul commercial and residential Complex- A commercial center and residential
project, (4 towers on top of the commercial center), total constructed area 200,000
Sqm. The design and permits are in hand. Construction Budget –US$350,000,000.
3. Nova Vida - A residential neighborhood, lot area 85,000 Sqm. constructed area up to
150,000 Sqm. In the process of town planning approvals.
4. Palace Tower - A residential/office tower of 28 floors, constructed area 65,000 Sqm.
In the process of construction permits. Construction budget US$70,000,000.
5. Miramar - A residential building of 15 floors. In preliminary design.
6. Additional lands are under legal process.
4/2007 – 2/2008: Managing Director - Azorim India Pvt. Ltd. – Real Estate

The company is engaged in the development of real estate in India.
a. Initiation of projects in the residential, commercial and IT Sectors.
b. Collaboration in projects with major local real estate development companies, like
OMAXE, PARSAVNATH, ERA etc.

The projects were located in few states of India.
Major Projects:
1. Suraj Kund, Faridabad – In the south of New-Delhi, 300 Luxurious Apartment.-
80,000 Sqm. of built up area. The project consists of 10 building with12-19 floors.
The project was in partnership with OMAXE, a local company.
2. A residential development plus a commercial center- in the city of Ludhiana, in the
state of Punjab. Lot Area 60,000 Sqm, built up area 250,000 Sqm.
3. IT Park, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh state– An Information Technology Park on a
lot of 63,000 Sqm, with constructed area of 130,000 Sqm. In collaboration with ERA
a local developer.
4. Township Development, Amritsar - an integrated township on 250 Acres of land,
Inclusive of a Mall, High-rise residential housing, office buildings and villas.
5. Slum Rehabilitation, Mumbai, – development of 150 acres of land, evacuation and
transfer of the existing inhabitants to newly built apartments and the development of
a new highly lucrative residential and commercial neighborhood.
6. Residential Development, Pune - development of 1500 apartments. In partnership
with Nyati a local developer.
10/2006 - 3/2007: Managing Director – Ashtrom Bulgaria.
Acting as Managing director of the company in Bulgaria, in regard to the overall
activities in the country.
The company is engaged in the development of real estate in Bulgaria. The activities
which the company is involved were purchase of land for residential project, commercial
projects, and the daily management of assets which included
1. An Office buildings, Sofia - 10,000 Sq.m.
2. A Shopping mall, Sofia - 8,000 Sq.m.
Major Projects in different stages included:
1. Residential Development, Sofia. – 600 Apartments.-
2. Purchase of 80,000 Sqm land for a commercial development.
9/1996 – 10/2006: Vice - President Ashtrom International Ltd.
The activities include the establishment and management of the company's subsidiaries
in: Jamaica, Nigeria, Poland, Angola, Equatorial Guinea and additional activities in
Bulgaria and Serbia.
The activities in those countries are inclusive of construction activities of roads,
Residential and institutional projects, hotel, hospitals and airports.
In addition, the companies in Poland, Bulgaria and Serbia were involved with real estate
development.
In parallel until the year of 2001, was involved in the construction of major projects of
the Israeli construction company subsidiary.
1. Zadal Center, Rishon Le- Zion - Construction of a project in the center of the City
which is inclusive of the Rishon Le-Zion New Town Hall, Residential Tower,
Shopping Arcade and an Office complex plus an underground parking for 1000
cars. Total built up area 65,000 Sqm.
2. Amadocs Center- an IT park located in the city of Hod- h' Sharon. 50,000 Sqm
built up area.
5/1993- 9/1996 Managing Director – Ashtrom Jamaica.
Management of a construction company. The company was involved in the construction
of residential townships, hotels, university, infrastructure projects.
The company became the biggest construction company in the country with works
valued at $100,000,000.
The major works included:
1. A township of 2500 residential solutions, US$70,000,000.
2. Marine project seawall in the port of Kingston - US$20,000,000.
3. Sewage line - 20 KM, US$10,000,000.
12/1991-5/1993: Area Manager- Ashtrom Construction Ltd.
Construction Management of new settlements: Harish, Avnei Hefetz and
Ofarim. In total under construction were, 1200 Apartments Units of different types in a
duration of 14 months.

Managing a construction company, the company is a partnership of Ashtrom and private
investors.
The company was involved in the construction of project to government institutions and
private sector companies.
