Zvi Feiner
INTRODUCTION
 Based in Chicago, Zvi Feiner has served as the president of
Feiner Investment Corporation. In this capacity, he has overseen
the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of
commercial real estate. Outside of his professional endeavors,
Zvi Feiner has been involved in many civic initiatives, supporting
programs that benefit and strengthen the community.
Many organizations are looking to implementing corporate
social responsibility (CSR) programs in their businesses in order
to promote community involvement. A Harvard Business Review
report found that 92 percent of the top 250 companies report on
their CSR initiatives. Here are three strategies for implementing
a successful corporate social responsibility program:
CORPORATE
 1. Match the CSR charter to your values. If the purpose of the CSR
program doesn’t match your organization’s values, it will cause
dissonance with both consumers and employees. Stress test the
charter of the CSR program to ensure that there is a match.
2. Involve every part of your organization.The people in your business
are the drivers of your organization’s brand and values.Therefore, it
makes sense to ensure that they are at the center of any CSR initiative,
creating brand advocates in the process.
3. Think local. Keeping CSR initiatives linked to your local community
will help build ties and create more positive engagement. For
employees, it provides incentive to maintain focus on the CSR program
to ensure its success, cementing employee loyalty and growing
satisfaction.
