1.0 Welcome speech
1.1 Mdm Beche Massa, the Senior Assistant of Co-curriculum of SMK Merotai Besar, gave her
welcome speech and thanked all the teachers from other school who attended the meeting.
1.2 Mdm Beche also informed that technical manager for this camp is Mr. Shashi Davien Thomas.
2.0 Discussion on the previous English in Camp
2.1 Mdm Nurliza suggested to rename this programme as English Fun Day instead of English in
Camp as it only held for a day only.
3.0 Discussion of date and participation
3.1 The teachers agreed that the camp will be held on 5th
March 2020
3.2 The suggested number of students from each school are five students. They should be from
form 1 and form 2.
3.3 The teacher agreed to choose good and intermediate students to participate in the camp (mix
ability).

2. 4.0 Budgeting
4.1 The fee suggested is RM150 per school. it was agreed that the fee is including for breakfast and
lunch, prizes for best group and the three fastest group to complete all the tasks.
4.2 The fee needs to be paid during the second meeting along with submission of KK01 forms.
4.3 The teachers agreed to give prize for the best participants voted by every checkpoint instead of
preparing for token for every student participate in this camp.
5.0 Other matters
5.1 Each school is assigned to provide one activity for the camp. The activities planned will be
collected and compiled during the second meeting.
5.2 During second meeting, teachers are asked to come together with their partner and wear a sport
attire.
5.3 Second meeting will be on 27th
February 2020 at 9.00 am in Meeting Room of SMK Merotai
Besar.
